岗位描述

Responsibilities:

- Improve machine reliability and efficiency to make sure MTBF and MTTR, No repeatable machine problems and No machine problems caused by PM and people careless
- Make sure customer focus to improve quality deviation related to maintenance actives and production satisfaction in daily work
- Cost effective and safe provision of maintenance services
- Generation and maintenance of systems, docs, SOPs required for maintenance
- SHE responsibilities

Requirement:

- Bachelor or college degree, major in Mechatronic or automation engineering
- Pharma. Or Mechatronic Industry maintenance knowledge and technical solutions
- Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components
- TPM implementations knowledge
- Mechanism adjustment and assembly skills
- Machine problem solving skills
- 3-4 Years of working experience technical related
- Reading English technical documents very well
- Good MS office skill
- AutoCAD and Siemens touch panel, S7-300 PLC and IPC software maintenance skills are preferred
- Be good at communication and teamwork, willing to train and develop team member skills
- Sense of responsibility under high work pressure
- Willing to work in shifts
