岗位描述

1.Direct and coordinate the development and implementation of SH&E strategy & program. Recommend SH&E objectives considering Market and Corporate objectives. Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding SH&E and to integrate SH&E into business decisions.

2.Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SH&E, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, NEMS & NSMS. Manage NIMS as a joint responsibility with Quality. Ensure compliance with SH&E-related legal requirements. Develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).

3.Implement, control, maintain and improve the Project SH&E Management systems. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Project\'s SH&E program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SH&E pillar.

4.Provide coaching & support to the Engineers and contractors in order to achieve the Project\'s SH&E objectives and to ensure SH&E becomes / remains a line management responsibility. Ensure that SH&E performance data is available and correctly managed. Promote the awareness of SH&E.

5.Champion the factory SH&E risk assessment program, including assessment, investigation, corrective actions and auditing as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and safety culture.
