岗位描述

1.  To train hired room attendants in cleaning their assigned areas.
 培训服务员在指定区域内做清洁。                                                 
2.  To regularly check guest room to ensure correct standards and offer “Hilton moment”  service.
 检查房间质量，确保房间质量标准和提供“希尔顿美好时刻” 服务。
3.  To receive room attendants assignment from Ass. Executive Housekeeper or Asst.  Housekeeper.
 将助理行政管家或助理管家交给的任务分配给服务员。
4.  To attend daily briefing and receive special instructions.
 参加每日工作例会和接受特殊指示。
5.  To fill out housekeeper room reports.
填写客房报表。
6.  To inspect check-out rooms before reporting them ready for sale and that standard of   cleanliness   is met.
 检查离店房，在确认房间达到清洁标准后，将房间变成可售房。

1.  Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures .
了解酒店运营模式及程序。
2.  Good computer skills in most commonly used programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
掌握电脑技巧，熟练操作 Microsoft Office, Excel 和 PowerPoint 等办公软件。
3.  Good language skills (ie. English and Mandarin), both verbal and written.
具有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
